PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete by one-time analysis even in the case of a sample wherein ingredients having various properties are mixed. SOLUTION: The sample injected into a passage by an auto-sampler 10 is sent to trap columns TC1, TC2 by water sent from a liquid sending pump P1, and different ingredients are trapped, respectively. The ingredients trapped in the trap columns TC1, TC2 are separated by being introduced into a separation column 2 individually by selecting values V1, V2, and can be detected by a detector 6.
