PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of deterioration in due to ultraviolet rays of a member for holding a lamp, such as cushioning, an adhesive, or filler or a member deteriorated by ultraviolet rays, such as a packing material or a rubber hose connecting the lamp and an external fluid channel in a portion near or contacting a lamp-sealing body in the lamp which generates ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: A layer of material capable of blocking or reducing transmission of ultraviolet rays is provided in a portion of the lamp-sealing body near or contacting the member deteriorated by ultraviolet rays.
