PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry joint joiner capable of using the dry joint joiner as the dry joint joiner of a quasi-fire resistive structure building for one hour while keeping water proofing property of the dry joint joiner and being discriminately wasted by material when the dry joint joiner is wasted. SOLUTION: The dry joint joiner is constituted of a base joint filler(2) forming a fitted groove (23) by erecting vertical plates (21) and (21) opposed to each other on the bottom plate (22) and a cover member (3) consisting of a noncombustible material having a width wider than the bottom plate (22) of the base joint filler (2) and, at the same time, fitted to the rear side of the bottom plate (22) and a top joint filler (4) formed by vertically providing a projected stripe (41) fitted into the fitted groove (23) of the base joint filler (2).
