PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable moisture-proof insulation coating excellent in flexibility, moisture resistance and adhesiveness with a base material, and capable of being treated in a short time, and a method of manufacturing a moisture-proof insulated electronic part coated and cured therewith. SOLUTION: This photo-curable moisture-proof insulation coating comprises a photo-curable polybutadiene with an acryloxy group on one end or a polybutadiene with a methacryloxy group on one end having a number average molecular weight of 300-10,000, a photopolymerization initiator, and acrylic acid, and in this method of manufacturing a moisture-proof insulated electronic part, the photo-curable moisture-proof insulation paint is coated and cured.
