PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily confirming the contribution of a volunteer desiring person to a relief desiring person in a volunteer activity supporting system. SOLUTION: A volunteer activity supporting device 1 stores support commodity information which is the information of support commodities provided for the relief desiring person and merchandise information which is the information of merchandise inviting donations by adding the donation and paying for the merchandise to be purchased by the volunteer desiring person from a cooperating group client 3. The volunteer desiring person performs a volunteer action by purchasing the support commodities or purchasing the merchandise by using a volunteer client 2. For the action performed by the volunteer desiring person, reaction information which is reactions from the relief desiring person is stored in the volunteer activity supporting device 1. The volunteer desiring person can view the reaction information.
