PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate authentication and settlement of a user using an ASP(Application Service Provider) system by utilizing a bank account. SOLUTION: An ASP system 2 transmits a bank account confirmation request of the user, and a bank authentication/settlement system 3 transmits retrieval results of the user bank account. The ASP system 3 transmits a transmission request for a public key and the bank authentication/settlement system 3 transmits the public key. The ASP system 2 transmits a transfer request, a user terminal 1 transmits a transfer request including a transfer amount enciphered with the public key, the user bank account number and a password number, and the bank authentication/settlement system 3 transfers the transfer amount to an ASP bank account 23 from the bank account 22 of the user. The user terminal 1 confirms transfer results to transmit a transfer completion notice, the ASP system 2 transmits a transfer confirmation request, and the bank authentication/settlement system 3 confirms the coincidence of a bank acceptance number. The ASP system 2 transmits a transfer confirmation end notice, the user terminal 1 transmits a service request and the ASP system 2 connects the user terminal 1. |
