PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle maintenance reservation system with high convenience for both of a vehicle maintenance agency and a customer. SOLUTION: In the vehicle maintenance reservation system to connect a host computer 30, an agency terminal 10 owned by the vehicle maintenance agency and a customer terminal 20 owned by the customer with one another via a network and to manage reservation of vehicle maintenance in the host computer 30, when the agency terminal 10 inputs sale information, customer information whose next vehicle maintenance date is within prescribed period is extracted. And information of the vehicle maintenance date is given to the customer by transmitting identification information of the customer and an address of the host computer by mail based on the extracted customer information. When the customer terminal 20 reserves date and time of the vehicle maintenance by accessing the host computer 30, it is stored at a browsable state. |
