PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity detecting device wherein high precision is realized by continuously adjusting sensitivity of a vibrator which is liable to be changed by temperature change. SOLUTION: A sensor output signal Vs to which correction amount of sensitivity of the vibrator to temperature change is added continuously, and a sensor inversion output signal Vs bar are selected by a phase difference detecting means 20 of an angular velocity detecting part 40, and outputted to a first and a second integration smoothing circuits 31A, 31B. The phase difference detecting means 20 has constitution wherein the sensor output signal Vs and the sensor inversion output signal Vs bar are selected and outputted by switching timing of comparing signals Ex1, Ex2 of a comparing signal producing means 4 and inversion comparing signals Ex1 bar, Ex2 bar, so that linearity of angular velocity output Vo can be improved. |
