PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when the implementation states of video recording reservations are reported to users at remote places or when the users at the remote places control the operation of a receiver, that can not be carried out by the users. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a notification means which notifies a user that contents broadcasted to a recording and reproducing means are recorded, a password issuing means which issues a password attached to the contents recorded by the recording and reproducing means, and a view managing means which manages the reproduction of the contents recorded by the recording and reproducing means by using the issued password, and informs the user of the completion of the recording of the contents and the password.
