TERMINAL WITH IMAGE PICKUP MEANS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the charge accumulation time of an image pickup device corresponding to the frequency of a power source by an easy method to prevent a terminal with a digital still camera function from having a flicker due to variation in the illuminance of lighting using an AC commercial power source. SOLUTION: This terminal is provided with positional information acquiring means (12, 13, and 14) which acquire the positional information of the terminal and an accumulation time selecting means (10) which determines the charge accumulation time by correlating the positional information that the position information acquiring means acquire to the power source frequency. The charge accumulation time is set to an integral multiple of 1/(2f) (second) for the power source frequency f (Hz).
