PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the horizontal dimension of a substrate and a cover plate by effectively utilizing a space around a driving pin, then, to miniaturize a camera. SOLUTION: The device is provided with slit forming blades (8 and 19), several cover blades (9 to 13 and 20 to 24), a pair of arms (5 and 6, 27 and 28) for supporting the slit forming blades (8 and 19) and several cover blades (9 to 13 and 20 to 24), and several connecting members (141, 142, 151a to 151e, 152a to 152e, 251, 252, 261a to 261e, 262a to 262e) for rotatably supporting the slit forming blades (8 and 19) and several cover blades (9 to 13 and 20 to 24) by the arms (5 and 6, 27 and 28), a notched part for preventing the occurrence of a collision with the connecting member positioned closest to the rotational center among several connecting members is formed on the cover blade rotatably supported by the connecting member which lies in the 2nd closest position to the rotational center of the arm.
