PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame grain-containing liquid seasoning of edible oil and fat-separating type packaged in a packaging container, containing sesame grains, edible oil and fat and a dispersant and enabling easily dispersing the sesame grains in the whole liquid seasoning only by holding the seasoning in a container in the hand and lightly shaking. SOLUTION: The objective method for producing a sesame grain-containing liquid seasoning comprises including sesame grains in a seasoning liquid containing a dispersant, mixing under stirring the resultant product to disperse the sesame grains in the whole seasoning liquid, including edible oil and fat in the resultant product, followed by mixing under stirring to disperse the edible oil and fat in the whole seasoning liquid, continuing to mix under stirring and then filling the mixture in a packaging container, in the condition that the sesame grains and the edible oil and fat are together dispersed in the seasoning liquid. |
