PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive load fastening method. SOLUTION: One of free ends 6 of a belt-formed material 5 wound around an object 43 is locked with one of ends of a belt-formed material lock tool 4. The other free end 7 is inserted into the other end of the tool 4, and after the material 5 is wound around a rolling portion 39b which rolls movably only toward the free end, it is reversed and pulled out of the tool 4. In such a state, the load fastening tool 1 including a holding portion 3 and an extending portion 2 which are coupled with each other is used to fasten a load.
