<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure monitoring device for dialysis capable of quickly judging an abnormal decline of blood pressure without judging a blood pressure decline in normal range as abnormal. SOLUTION: By a selection means 102, the abnormality judgment value column of a patient to receive the dialysis is selected from a plurality of the abnormality judgment value columns stored in a storage device 48. For the selected abnormality judgment value column, the abnormality judgment value of a time band with the high danger that the blood pressure of the patient declines during a dialysis period is set smaller than the abnormality judgment values of the other time bands. In a blood pressure abnormality judging means 104, in the case that an estimated blood pressure change rate dEBP exceeds the abnormality judgment value determined from the selected abnormality judgment value column and dialysis duration, blood pressure abnormality is judged. In the time band with the high possibility of the decline of the blood pressure of the patient, the blood pressure abnormality is judged even when the estimated blood pressure change rate dEBP is small compared to the other time bands. In the time band with the low possibility of the decline of the blood pressure of the patient, it is not judged as a blood pressure abnormality even when the estimated blood pressure change rate dEBP is large compared to the time band with the high possibility of blood pressure decline.</p> |
