PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container whose latch can be easily replaced when the same is broken for extending the life of the container greatly. SOLUTION: This folding container comprises a pair of facing side walls 2a, 2b and the other pair of facing side walls 2c, 2d connected to each side of a bottom wall 1 freely erectable. The side walls 2a, 2b are provided with a latch 6 for connecting the erected side walls 2a, 2b with each of the neighboring erected side walls 2c, 2d. The latch 6 provided at the top end of the walls 2a, 2b is hooked on a latch receive 7 formed on the walls 2c, 2d for connection.
