PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film printer capable of suppressing occurrence of a pinhole even when a printing thickness is thick. SOLUTION: When a screen 60 is heated by a heater 54, its heat is transferred to a paste 62 on the screen 60, its temperature is raised, and hence its viscosity is lowered. Accordingly, the paste 62 is coated on a board surface 14 in a sufficiently low viscosity state. Thus, even when a bubble 66 are entrained in the paste 62, the bubble can be rapidly extracted from a film surface 68 after coating, and hence occurrence of the pinhole is suppressed. Then, since the screen 60 is heated, there is no difficulty that the paste 62 previously warmed like the case of heating before supplying is cooled up to the printing time. There is no difficulty as well that the surface is dried in association with heating like the case of directly heating the paste 62.
