PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably install an outside guide rail in a predetermined position in a pachinko game machine for stabilizing flight of a ball as a result. SOLUTION: In an inside frame 3 installed openably to the outside frame 2 on the front ace side via a journaling means 4, a game board 8 is fitted in an opening part 7 in the upper part, while a shooting rail 16 guiding a pachinko ball 17 shot by a shooting means to the guider rail in the game board 8 is arranged in the lower part. In the inside frame 3, a curved face type supporting part 20 supporting the outside guide rail 14 from its back face side 14c is formed of a synthetic resin by integral molding. As the curved face type supporting part 20 is previously formed into a curved face forming a predetermined trajectory for the pachinko ball 17, the outside guide rail 14 can be positioned without requiring any other special positioning when the back face side 14c is attached to a curved face 19 positioned on the inside of the curved face type supporting part 20.
