PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which achieves a continuous tooth brushing. SOLUTION: The fortunetelling game device with a music is mounted on a grip part of a commercially available tooth brush 3 and used to brush teeth. It is provided with a function utilizing the vibration caused by the tooth brushing action and the body 1 thereof is made to sense the vibration to play a music for three minute from the body 1 only during the period of sensing the vibration. After the end of brushing teeth (three minute later), a voice message is outputted from the body 1. Another function is made available to make a liquid crystal display 2 of stars, messages, fortunetellings and characters on the body 1 thereafter.
