PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a Julian date of a predetermined day and an accumulated week. SOLUTION: When a CPU 11 receives a command input from an input section 18, the CPU analyzes it. When the command is a dating command, the CPU reads calendar information from a calendar circuit 21 and calculates a Julian date of a predetermined day and an accumulated week. The calculated Julian date and the accumulated week are converted to print data of corresponding characters and barcodes to be developed in a RAM 13. A printing control section 15 supplies a control signal corresponding to the print data developed in the RAM 13 to a print head 5 to perform the printing on a predetermined label. |
