PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated packaging material capable of simplifying a laminated structure and a manufacturing process while keeping good metal gloss appearance capable of also reducing manufacturing cost and having good cutting processability, and a paper container for a liquid manufactured therefrom. SOLUTION: The laminated packaging material includes an ink layer containing metallic ink in a part thereof or a metallic ink layer, a coated paper layer due to an inorganic powder or a resin and a resin layer successively from an outer surface side and the metal gloss of appearance from the outer surface 3 side is developed by metallic ink. The ink layer containing metallic ink in a part thereof or the metallic ink layer is printed on the coated surface of the coated paper layer.
