PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispatch control method and a dispatch controller capable of efficiently dispatching a manned conveyance carrier to each work point needing it. SOLUTION: When there is a conveyance request for a manned conveyance carrier, a manned conveyance carrier is assigned on the basis of a position of a conveyance source, information of a conveyance object, and information regarding each manned conveyance carrier.
