PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cover for a vehicle excellent in lightweight properties and rigidity without damaging appearance. SOLUTION: The wheel cover for the vehicle comprising a thermoplastic resin (5) is manufactured by injecting the thermoplastic resin (5) containing a foaming agent in a mold cavity (4) by an injection molding machine to form a skin layer (9) and foaming and molding the same while allowing a movable block (8) having a mold cavity surface (7) or a movable mold (1) to retreat.
