PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a flowerpot is housed in a pot cover so that esthetic effects may be improved, a space between both to which a finger is allowed to be almost inserted is required and reduces the esthetic effects, and the larger the space becomes, the unstabler the pot becomes. SOLUTION: This flowerpot to be housed in the pot cover is characterized in that at least one hand grip for pulling up the whole of the flowerpot from the pot cover by hooking a finger thereto is installed in the inside of the upper edge part of the body of the flowerpot. The flower pot body not only can easily be pulled up from the pot cover but also can be safely carried by enabling the hand grip to be detachable at the inside or the outside.
