PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically and efficiently mounting a rigid body having a hole, which is represented by the core mounted on the core attaching shaft of a tire molding machine, on a shaft, a mounting apparatus therefor and a tire manufacturing system applying the mounting apparatus to attach the core to the core attaching shaft of the tire molding machine. SOLUTION: An expansible and contractible cone body is contracted in its diameter to be inserted in the hole of the rigid body and expanded in its diameter within the hole to align the axis of the hole with that of the expansible and contractible cone body. Subsequently, the expansible and contractible cone body and the shaft are axially aligned to transfer the rigid body to the shaft.
