PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dusting bellow-s-like cover capable of improving durability while preventing sticking of dust by static electricity. SOLUTION: After adhering the mutual adjacent inner-outer peripheral edges of a plurality of static electricity removing metallic foil 2 by an adhesive layer 3, the mutual inner-outer peripheral edges adhered with the static electricity removing metallic foil 2 are molded in a bellows shape by welding to constitute this low dusting bellows-like cover 1.
