PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize durability sufficient for embodiment by solving a problem wherein fiber falls off from a cut loop part and sticks to a painting surface when cutting an abrasive, and a problem wherein the loop part is damaged by a polishing surface when stacking the abrasive. SOLUTION: A loop engaging means 442 engaging with projecting hook stems 446 is arranged on the support member 412 side of a backup pad, and a plurality of hook stems 446 engageably and disengageably engaging with this loop engaging means 442 are arranged on the abrasive 444 side. Respective loops for constituting the loop engaging means 442 are composed of one or two or more filaments. Tensile strength of the respective filaments is set larger than 60 g, and the loop height is set to 0.25 to 6.25 mm.
