LOADING SPACE PART STRUCTURE OF AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily expand the vertical width of a luggage compartment of an automobile by changing a height position of a deck board without imposing a burden on the waist and the knees. SOLUTION: A loading space part 3 is set in a rear part of an automobile floor 2. A position of the deck board 10 laid in a tire housing recessed part 6 can be changed to a floor level L1 , and a tire just above level L2 . The size of the deck board 10 is formed in the size fittable in the tire housing recessed part 6. When the deck board 10 exists on the floor level L1 , the deck board 10 is supported by a removable support means. When the deck board 10 is transferred to the tire just above level L2 from the floor level L1 , the vertical width of the luggage compartment 13 is expanded by L1 -L2 .
