PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible connecting structure of a double pipe capable of adopting a dry exhaust system, and a small-sized planing boat mounted with this structure. SOLUTION: Movable tubes 1D and 2D are respectively arranged in respective inner tubes 1A and 2A so as to freely project and retreat for mutually connecting mutual double tubes different in a driving system, and composed of outer tubes and the inner tubes by maintaining the seal function. These movable tubes have in a tip part the flange parts 1d and 2d for mutually coming into surface contact by bending in the outer diameter direction on the tip. An elastic member 4 for energizing the respective movable tubes in the projecting direction is interposed between the movable tubes and an end part of the double tubes. The respective outer tubes of the double tubes are connected by a tube 5 having an inner peripheral surface coming into surface contact with an outer peripheral surface of the outer tubes, and composed of a flexible construction material. Both end parts of the tube are connected to respective end parts of the outer tubes by a fixing means 6.
