PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A support protrusion 20 and a through hole 21 positioned in the center of the protrusion 20 are provided in a base plate 11. An output shaft 24 is penetrated through the through hole 21, and an O-ring 25 is arranged between the through hole 21 and the output shaft 24. A worm wheel 29 is engaged with the support protrusion 20, and an output plate 31 engaged with the output shaft 24 is engaged with the worm wheel 29 via a cushion 30. A housing 18 for a motor main body 16 is arranged to cover the worm wheel 29, the cushion 30 and the output plate 31, and to close an opening part of a storage part 18a in the housing 18 by the base plate 11.
