SOLUTION: This spindle structure is composed of at least a fixed shaft 1 for fixing and supporting both end sides, a sleeve 2 rotatably installed on the outer periphery of the fixed shaft 1, forming a flange part 2a on one end, and forming a screw part 2b on the outer periphery on the other end, and a pulley 3 concentrically fixed to the flange part 2a of the sleeve 2. Bearings 4 are internally arranged on both ends of the sleeve 2, and a sealing cover 5 is preferably fixed to the screw part 2b side of the sleeve 2.
