PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation cooking utensil capable of removing a heat insulation structure forming a lid body for washing it whole by devising the lid body structure. SOLUTION: The heat insulation cooking utensil comprises a body vessel 1 having a heat insulation structure; an inner vessel 2 for heating and cooking, which is removably stored in the body vessel 1; and the lid body 3 for shutting an opening part 1a of the body vessel 1 in a state that the inner vessel 2 is stored. The lid body 3 comprises a lid body 12 which is pivoted to the opening part 1a of the body vessel 1 so as to open/shut freely; and a lid sub body 13 having a heat insulation structure, which is removably arranged on a lower face of the lid body 12. The lid sub body 13 has a sealed structure capable of washing it whole so that the lid sub body 13 having a heat insulation structure is removed from the lid body 12 for washing it whole.
