PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching innersole which brings about muscle-building effect or stretching effect of the lower limb triceps muscle or trainings effective for health promotion to the user, by being installed in the footwear, such as a shoe, a sandal, and a slipper, and allowing the user to wear the footwear under normal conditions. SOLUTION: The innersole 1 is to be installed in the footwear, and a front end 2 thereof is thicker than a rear end 3 thereof, to thereby bring about stretching effect to the user. To adjust an angle of the innersole corresponding to the training level of the user, or corresponding to a remediation level of the user, the innersole is comprised of a longitudinal angle adjusting means 7 for adjusting an inclination of the front end 2, or a lateral angle adjusting means 8 for adjusting an inclination in a direction at right angles to a longitudinal axis from the front end 2 to the rear end 3, or both of the angle adjusting means.
