PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming tool of hand-rolled Sushi (vinegard rice with ingredients) capable of forming hand-rolled Sushi containing moderate air and having excellent palate felling like hand-rolled Sushi made by the hands of a Sushi workman and also easily cleaned away without stickiness of Sushi rice, and also to provide a method for cheaply producing hand-rolled Sushi using the tool. SOLUTION: The forming tool of hand-rolled Sushi is such one that a lower mold 1 and an upper mold 2 are each inserted in the inside of an outer frame 3 and Sushi rice is formed in a shape surrounded with the outer frame 3, the lower mold 1 and the upper mold 2, wherein the lower mold 1 has a projecting part 13 on the upper surface of a forming base 12. Hand-rolled Sushi 6 is formed by putting Sushi rice 5 into a space formed with the outer frame 3 and the lower mold 1, and then putting the upper mold 2 into the space followed by lightly pressing them with the hands, and simultaneously, pulling up the outer frame 3 to push the upper mold 2 out. |
