PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet, in which no age bleeding develops even when stored for a long time under high temperature and highly humid environments after printing, an image is kept stably and the age fading of an image recording can be prevented from developing due to excellent ozone resistance and, at the same time, which is excellent in the light resistance of an image part. SOLUTION: This ink jet recording sheet has the value of ionization energy of a basic skeleton of 7.0 eV or more and 9.0 eV or less and, at the same time, includes at least one kind of water soluble compounds. The preferable compound includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group and a sulfonic acid group and/or has an I/O value of 0.5 or more. |
