<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a moving route to an exhibition site for an article desired by a user to automatically move the user to the exhibition site. SOLUTION: This acquisition support device 1 for the article comprises an electric vehicle 2, a controller 3 connected to the electric vehicle 2, a microphone 4 capable of inputting information to the controller 3 by a voice, a speaker 8 capable of outputting the information transmitted from the controller 3 as a speech, an IC card reader 5 capable of reading/writing information contactlessly to a carriable recording medium such as an IC card, a liquid crystal display 6 capable of displaying the information transmitted from the controller 3 on a screen, and a database 7 accumulated with exhibition lay-out information. The controller 3 determines the moving route to the exhibition site corresponding to item information included in a desired article information by reading out the exhibition lay-out information from the database 7 when receiving the desired article information from the microphone 4, and controls the electric vehicle 2 according to the determined moving route.</p> |
