<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a trial and error step, and to shorten making time when making an operation plan. SOLUTION: By using an operation information holding part 1 for holding respective operation informations including either of at least '(a set of starting base identification information and arrival base identification information) and (duration information on operation)', '(a set of starting base identification information and arrival base identification information) and (moving distance information on operation)' or '(storage base identification information) and (duration information on operation)', an operation classifying part 2 classifies the respective operation information held in the operation information holding part 1, and a planning part 3 allocates the respective operation informations on the basis of a classifying result by the operation classifying part 2 to make the operation plan. Thus, since the respective operation informations are allocated on the basis of the classifying result of the respective operation informations, the trial and error step is obviated differently from a conventional case of equally treating the operation.</p> |
