PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether or not to update a subject ID after photographing and to automatically update the subject ID at an appropriate timing in a group medical examination in a non-mydriatic fundus camera. SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic photographing device is constituted of an image pickup means for picking up the image of an area illuminated by a means for illuminating an eye to be examined, a left and right eye switch 1 for inputting the information of the left or right eye of a subject, an ID updating judgment part 3 for judging the presence/absence of the updating of the subject ID on the basis of an updating condition by a left and right eye information recording part 2 after the image pickup of the eyes to be examined by the image pickup means is completed, and an ID information updating processing part 5 for updating an ID information storage part 6 on the basis of the judgement result of the ID updating judgment part 3. Thereby the correspondence relation of the patient ID and a photographed image is made accurate. |
