PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet made of a synthetic resin capable of preventing setting portions thereof from being deformed due to warpage in a cooling process, by forming the setting portions with intersecting ribs and by constituting each intersecting rib comprising in combination intersecting ribs which are tapered off as they go upward and those which are tapered off as they go downward. SOLUTION: The pallet made of a synthetic resin, having cup-like leg parts A, B and C and capable of full nesting and half nesting, is integrally molded. In this pallet, setting portions 1 are formed with intersecting ribs 1e, and each intersecting rib 1e is constituted by a combination of intersecting ribs 1e1 which are tapered off as they go upward and intersecting ribs 1e2 which are tapered off as they go downward.
