PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method of a laminated body and its device for restraining resin powder and a resin deficiency generated at cutting time of the laminated body composed of metallic foil with resin, improving straightness of a cutting surface, and superior in an external appearance. SOLUTION: This cutting method of the laminated body and its device are characterized by cutting the laminated body of an unhardened thermosetting resin and the metallic foil by heating the thermosetting resin while applying tension to the laminated body in a range up to a hardening temperature from the softening point temperature, and rectilinearly advancing the heated laminated body to a cutting part while sucking the metallic foil surface side of a heating part.
