PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing tea leaves, enabling leaves of unrefined tea or regenerated tea to be stored in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This method for storing tea leaves comprises the following process: storing leaves of unrefined tea produced by producers or leaves of regenerated tea subjected to remanufacturing, in an airtight tea-leaf storage bag (1), purging the inside of the tea-leaf storage bag (1) with dry-ice sublimated gas so as to make the inside of the tea-leaf storage bag (1) be in an inert gas atmosphere under the condition of low temperature drying.
