<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate capable of suppressing occurrence of a delamination, a crack or the like and obtaining high reliability. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic laminate comprises a heat press bonding step of forming a heat press bonded ceramic laminate by surrounding the overall periphery of a side face disposed in a direction perpendicular to a laminating direction of ceramic layers 11 in a state in which the ceramic layers 11 are laminated by a side face jig, heating the layers 11, and pressing the layers from both end faces disposed in the laminating direction by an end face jig, and a side face grinding step of grinding or cutting the entire side face periphery including a damaged part 9 occurring at the laminate in the heat press bonding step.</p> |
