PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw which, for example, can reduce the absorption of liquids held therein to a smaller amount. SOLUTION: The straw (1) is for preserving a small amount of material, for example, biological material. The straw has the part of a tube (2) with a stopper (3) containing a gel powder (7) inside one end thereof. The stopper of the straw contains a core part (4) made of a thermoplastic material covered with a filament making up the sheath part (5). |
