PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved lock device in a required structural space by improving an adjustable steering column 1 arranging an adjusting device 30 for adjusting the steering column in the height direction and a lock device 15 for locking the steering column in a shape joining in the height direction. SOLUTION: The adjusting device 30 is formed of a turning support part 6 for the steering column 1 fixed to a car body, and a link 7 held by the car body at an interval to the turning support part 6 so as to be turnable. The link 7 is supported by the steering column in a slide support 8.
