SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains spherical fine particles of a polyethylene- based resin regulated so that the spherical fine particles of the polyethylene- based resin have 8-16μm volume-averaged particle diameters, and each of the content of particles having <4μm, and the content of particles having >20μm is <=6 vol.%.
