PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erectable food packaging container that is easy to handle according to each of stages (i.e., distribution, use, and disposal) and is unbulky. SOLUTION: The food packaging container is formed by welding a plastic film into a bag. The plastic film is a biaxial orientated film having a wall thickness 50 to 70μm. The container has a bottom gusset or side gussets so that the container can be folded flat in rectangular when not in use and can be erected when in use. The plastic film satisfies characteristic conditions in which a wet tensile force (JIS K6768) is equal to or less than 40 and a friction coefficient (JIS K7125) is equal to or less than 0.40.
