PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a wiper pivot part providing a constant mold drawing direction during mold forming, improving moldability, and provided with holding parts for collar members. SOLUTION: The wiper pivot part 4 is composed of a shaft penetrating part 8 formed integrally with a frame member 5 so that an axial angleγof a through-hole 9 is the same angle in the right and left, and the collar members 10 provided with guide holes 11 along pivot anglesαandβin interiors fit in the shaft penetrating part 8. A structure of a molding die in mold forming of the frame member 5 is simplified, manufacturing cost is reduced, and versatility is enhanced by corresponding to a difference of the pivot angles by replacing the collar members 10 and not changing the molding die. A positioning means 12 for holding the collar members 10 and positioning the guide holes 11 in predetermined directions (the pivot angles) is formed throughout the shaft penetrating part 8 and the collar parts 10.
