PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effects for displaying or publicizing goods placed thereon by rotating each stage of rack boards. SOLUTION: A rotary base 16 which is linked to a drive means 1 to be rotated at a slow speed is fitted into the lower end part of a support shaft 14 erected at the center part of a bed 8 so as to be rotatable centered on the support shaft 14 while multiple stages of rack boards 5C, upper and lower, are supported with a plurality of brackets 40 extending radially from the external surfaces of rotary struts 3 on the circumference of the rotary struts 3 erected on the rotary base 16 surrounding the support shaft 14 so as to be rotatable together with the rotary struts 3.
