PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively regulate sliding of an upper rail when a seat is jumped up. SOLUTION: A slide lock member 31 can move to a lock position of engaging with a lower rail 21 and regulating sliding of the upper rail 22. An operation lever 32 can be operated so as to move the slide lock member 31 between the lock position and an unlock position. A movement lock member 41 can move to an unlock position of releasing engagement with a striker 18 provided on the seat and allowing movement to the upper rail 22 of the seat. An engagement member 42 can move to an engagement release position of releasing engagement with the movement lock member 41 and allowing movement of the movement lock member 41 to the unlocked position, and when it is in the engagement release position, it is positioned on a movement locus of the operation lever 32 and regulates movement of the operation lever 32 to an unlock direction.
