PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the constitution of a lift frame which is liftably equipped with a seedling planting apparatus, travels and propels the apparatus in a seedling planter in a multi-row planting form liftably equipped with the seedling planter through a lift link to be rotated by extension and contraction of a lift cylinder. SOLUTION: The constitution of this lift frame for the seedling planter is characterized in that a top link 3 and a lower link 4 are connected to a mast frame 2 at the rear end part of a main frame 1 extending in the front and rear directions, and the lift cylinder 6 to be risen by tensile force is connected between a lift arm 5 integrally formed on the base part of the lower link 4 and the front part of the main frame 1.
