PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic that has excellent sense of use such as hair set retention (setting power), uniform application, ungreasy feeling, hair- redressing properties and no flaking (peeling of the hair-dressing components) with high temporal stability. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises (a) solid oil, (b) liquid oil, (c) 0.05-5 mass % of phospholipid and (d) 0.001-5 mass % of anionic surfactant where the total of the oil components is 5-30 mass % as the sum of the components (a) and (b), the proportion of the solid oil is 50-90 mass % in the whole oil components. In addition, the component (d) is one kind or two or more kinds of anionic surfactant selected from the salts polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acids, alkyloylalkyl taurine and acylamino acids and these salts are one kind or two or more kinds of salts selected from potassium, sodium and triethanolamine.
